Michael Jackson Wanted to share my thoughts... woke up at 3 am last night..
went downstairs.. for some reason.. went online...
and then I saw the headlines...shocked to the core...went back to bed..
mumbling.. "I can't believe he's dead!!!' which eventually woke Amy up...
'what did you say grandma'.. 'Michael Jackson is dead...go back to sleep honey'..
and she did... I was in tears most of the day...radio played non stop song by this
marvelously talented man...what a shame his big come back turned into a 'never' come
back...I for one will keep his memory alive.. in my heart. Suzi Quatro

Suzi has begun recording a new album with Mike Chapman in New York. Mike has two songs ready to record along with some other surprises. Suzi said "This will be a back to basics rock album I love doing" - "Singing With Angels" could possibly be released on the Australian Tour and on the new ablum as a bonus track.

The first episode tonight follows the careers of half a dozen rock divas from the past — Dusty Springfield, Sandie Shaw, Marianne Faithfull, Suzi Quatro, Siouxsie Sioux and Kate Bush. Although their singing styles and backgrounds are entirely different, all were pioneers in their different ways.

Midsommer Murders rocker Suzi Quatro belts out a song in Midsomer Murders episode,"The Axeman Cometh" before being ELECTROCUTED. Suzi plays Mimi Clifton, the singer in DCI Tom Barnaby’s favourite veteran band Hired Gun.

The official press launch for Back To The Drive was held at the London Hard Rock cafe on February 23 in conjunction with Capitol Gold..LEGENDS LIVE!.Suzi performed 9 songs from the new album at a launch gig to celebrate the release of this album in the basement venue.

Victory Tischler - Blue has worked with Suzi to record the song “Desperado”. It is by far the most amazing song she has ever recorded – her vocals are outstanding and the track is perfect… It became even more perfect the other day because Jeff Beck put a guitar track down which was so beautiful it brought us all to tears.
Mike Chapman is remixing it at the moment. We also shot the video to Desperado and it’s moody and beautiful. We shot it in Joshua Tree during a lightning and hail storm. The footage is just amazing and I am very proud of it - Vicky.
